At the end of the 20th century, the erosion of consecrated religions gave way to new beliefs that flourished on the soil of utopias and countercultures.
We seek in a cosmic elsewhere answers to eternal questions: who are we? Where are we going? What is the path of happiness? It is in this spiritual bubbling that a new figure appears as disturbing as it is charismatic: the guru.
At once prophet, messiah and initiatory guide, the guru intends to bring the truth to his disciples who worship him as a living God within their cult.
But between mental manipulation, financial misappropriation, sexual abuse, human sacrifices and collective suicides, the plans of the gurus, far from the paradise promised to its faithful, will prove to be infernal ...
