François Cusset

Founder

Having co-founded a successful record label in the 2000s, François soon made a move into the digital world at Cellfish/Lagardère Active. From content distribution to the creation and marketing of original franchise, he also developed monetising expertise (brand content, subscription models, licensing etc…).

With the arrival of the smartphone revolution, 2010 saw François join a young start-up Mister Bell as head of marketing with the goal of aggregating mobile audiences and creating advertising solutions for brands and publishers.

In 2018 he decided to return to the studio by founding Engle.


Raphaël Fruchard

Founder - Head Producer

Sound director and producer, Raphaël started his career as the head of Pro Edit (music production and publishing) where he would work for 10 years. He then became an associate and sound producer at dubbing company Imagine before founding THE Group with Jérôme Alquier & Serge Escande.

As head producer, Raphaël oversees all work in progress and leads the entire creative process from an organisational and technical point of view.

Serge Escande

Founder - Head of Legal and Finance

Coming from a double degree in audiovisual communication and business law, Serge started out as an examiner and member of the Grand Jury for the Capavocat school. He then became legal and administrative manager of a wealth management company, Alter Egale.

Serge is in charge of the administrative and financial aspects of the company, thus combining his primary interest in audiovisual production with management and business development.

Serge is also President of the Syndicat des Producteurs de Son pour la Publicité, a professional order grouping more than 50 sound production companies; and as such is in charge of legal aspects and the Sound Award at the Club des Directeurs Artistiques.

Clémence Friess

Producer - Head of Brands Division

Clemence is a dedicated and results-oriented communications professional with 15 years experience in building brands in France and New York, with a focus in developing, managing and executing advertising campaigns in fast-paced and complex environments. As an effective leader, Clemence is recognized for her passion for conquering challenges and driving brand growth through creativity.

Brand experience : Nike, Lipton, Xbox, Dior, Hennessy, Breyers, Meetic, Bouygues Telecom, Bein Sports, Société Générale, Winamax, L’Équipe, Givenchy, Sarenza.
